DESCRIPTION:
The future INL facilities will comprise the following spaces: dry and wet laboratories, clean rooms, offices for researchers, administrative area, library, kitchen, canteen, auditoriums, social support building, parking. The contract to be fulfilled comprises the execution of the following types of works: Covering and finishing of walls, pavements and ceilings; Facades, carpentry and e steel works; Special Networks and installations (water networks, waste water networks, gas networks, electrical installations, mechanical installations, HVAC, CCTV, safety systems); Laboratories and Clean Rooms of Nanotechnology with specific requirements for this type of spaces; External Framework; Support the installation of transformers and generator groups included in the contract Supply and Installation of Transformers and Emergency Generators; Support the installation of HVAC equipment, chillers, purified water and others, also in the case of supply by other tenders; Testing of the installed equipments.
