DESCRIPTION:
The International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory (INL) is an international Research Organization created to foster interdisciplinary research Nanotechnology and Nanoscience. It will provide a state-of-the-art research environment, promoting an interdisciplinary effort in addressing the major challenges in the emerging areas of Nanomedicine, Nanotechnology applied to Environmental & Food control, Nanoelectronics and Molecular Nanomanipulation. INL is located in Braga, Portugal and it relies in an international legal framework, counting with Portugal and Spain as country members. INL aims to be a competitive research Laboratory in the field of Nanoscience and nanotechnology, promoting nanotechnology applied to research, collaborations with other research institutions and existing enterprises and the creation of spin-off companies.
INL is currently constructing its future facilities in Braga. The conclusion of the INL Campus will be in 2010. The total Laboratory capacity is planned for about 400 people at full operation, including more than 200 researchers, 100 PhD students and appropriate supporting technical and administrative staff.
In this starting up of the laboratory, INL launches an open call to develop its recruiting website and welcome package orientated to new members of the INL community. This section aims to become a new hub for the young INL community and a reference point for all INL stakeholders and those scientists, academics, companies and citizens interested in the INL project.

Proposals should contain detailed information about the following topics:
a) Scope and methodology that will be used to develop the project
-Strategic scope:
-Desing scope
-Contents scope
b) -Development scope: The project must be divided in three sections
section 1: To be integrated in the INL extranet. This section must provide information to cover goals and objectives announced in points 3.6, 3.7 3.8 and 3.9 of this document.
Section 2: To be integrated in the INL intranet and only accessible to INL staff. This private section must cover the goals and objectives announced in points 3.1, 3.2 3.3, 3.4 and 3.5 of this document.
Section 3: To be integrated in the INL intranet and Extranet. This section must be orientated to manage INL recruiting activities. It must contain a public section with information about INL vacancies and positions and a private section only accessible to INL REO department. This private section must contain filters, control access and other tools to manage incoming applications.
