           II   Announcements in the INL employment’s site.
           III  Announcements in universities or collaborator institutions.
           IV  Announcements in the general press.

B) EVALUATION AND CLASSIFICATION OF APPLICATIONS.     
          I    Curricular evaluation

C) INTERVIEWS
           I    Interviews: biographical and professional career
           II   Interviews focused in attitudes.
           III  Application tests. When necessary
